hmmmmmmmm...actually a double hmmmmmmmmmmm....as i have been busy checking out the latest collections for menswear i found that Ricardo Tisci for Givenchy bussed out the white bib shirt for fall.so grown-up and so adorable.(pardon the bussed out,its so waitressy,bartendery and i have a shirt similar that i bought from Kinyobe friday.)

its from Kinyobe friday SPLASH boutique.i bought it last october 2009.ive been planning to wear it with a pair of cropped jeans and gladiator sandals for spring but i guess i have to save it for fall.(that is, if im going to fit in it.LOL)

aint it cute?and i had this in my closet all this time.

im soo disappointed that Christophe Decarmin hasnt shown his fall 2010 looks.HE IS VERY LATE!!!

anyways ive still got time to look for a pair of dark tapered pants and strappy sandals.as if i would look good in those(nyahahahaha)

hmmmm,,,,i remembered each article of clothing's date of purchase and brand...lol

the last few days was really cold,and i love the fact that when its winter you can always LAYER clothes.mind you,i have sooo much body fat that it becomes SEBO for sometime.(nyahahaha SEBO is hardened oil slash fat in layman's terms.)

ok,,,so out comes my really carefully packed vintage clothing and by vintage it means ive kept it dry cleaned,stored in napthalene balls,catalogued WINTER plastic container vintage clothes.dont get me wrong,these are THE PIECES that have remained in my possession because of the DESIGN.im not the brand name,designer type of guy,i just love clothes,sale or otherwise.

so SHIEKHA"S back this week....from Lebanon.bearing gifts.by gifts,the Paco Robanne one million cologne and Ed Hardy cap.

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE her.and her GIFTS.she is a trendsetter,always travels,always chic and always spending CASH whenever,wherever...the fun part is she also my customer.been doing her expensive stuff for 5 years now. and she is only 21 years old!!!

I might ask her if i can feature her in my blog with pics.with permission of course.

 it takes a lot of courage and loving yourself to put on crazy outfits and just be you.

i wore this at work.really...and after work,in which i was doing laundry,doing grocery,shriek and hiss at peeps who kinda stared and give mocking looks while i was running errands  near the internet cafe slash hangout place where of course im usually seen.

if in case youre wondering where this pictorial took place,its not a warehouse;though it looks like one.LOL

i did it in haste after showering in the morning,grabbed all my fashiony things and pulled my ever convenient divider,hung these and took a pic.all within three minutes tops.

so all these while in in my colored undies that soo inspired me to take pics of fave-fave outfits.

i also changed scents btw;last week i was wearing intense by issey miyake.i had to break away from it because i was having an issue(by issue meaning rhinitis)and though i love  its citrusy,cinnamony,incensey feel on my body,,,the nose doesnt respond nicely.the NOSE is runny,sneezy itchy....

switched to JOOP a few days ago.i love the tobacco, cinnamony, vetiver effect it leaves on my skin.(im a confirmed smoker and my clothes smell of smoke...SUE ME if i give you secondhand smoke...lol)

so there.

i might make outfit of the week a regular feature in my blog just to ANNOY each and everyone of you...lol KIDDING!!!.

i am a waist-coat addict.i really am.and i have no idea that i have been buying vests and waistcoats for the

past 4 years or more of my stay here in doha.

im more of a tshirt guy,but when it gets drab and boring(since its always the V-neck tees that becomes a staple /uniform concept)i add a vest to spice it up.

dont get me wrong though;i love the bartender look slash waiter-esque the vest gives me.ohhh,,,and it usually covers the grotesque shape of my tummy.(hahahah on that)

whats inside my closet,lets see-

recently purchased Lee Cooper vest with a hoodie;im such a hoodie WHORE!!lolive worn it twice once with a sequinned te underneath it;

Max zipped hoodie in black;ive had this since 2006.its kinda faded but since i LOVE it sooo much,i couldnt give it away.

my waiter-esque Lee Cooper waistcoat done in denim;i simply add brooches or flowers to the lapel to make it more interesting.i think theres a beaded floweron the left pocket.

my waistcoat with zipper and faux buttonholes.i lover the fabric,it sheen and hard and it covers my stomach on bloaty days.

another waiter-esque vest in satin material and shawl collar courtesy of Kinyobe Friday.later on ill be blogging about this label since its part of the Splash group of designs.

so i have the vests and waistcoats going until spring.btw,spring is just around the corner....cant wait...cant wait...

in the meantime ill be serving coffee,este designs wearing this fabulousness...lol

you have to look and see what their point of view in clothing is all about.up until a week ago,i have been doing tremendous amounts of retail therapy(gifts for birthdays),and came across this label.
the line is available in Splash Boutique(both at city centre and centrepoint)and was just introduced this 1st of january 2010.
i have very little or no knowledge in Italian(soooo sorry that i know more spanish,hehehe)but thats beside the point since ive provided a link for all you readers out there.
i consider myself already a patron(by patron ive been massively buying all their stuff except their puke-puke shorts and jeans)and will be giving some of my friends cool UMM stuff for their bdays.

heres some stuff that caught my eye,and when you say it caught my eye i meant i have it now in my closet.(you know me,,,insanely buying/hoarding/wearing something fabulous)

a jacket thats got a hoodie;and you now how i like hoodies.and how soft the cotton is.and its RED!!!duhhh,,,

gotta have the cap too...i have actually a spare one of the same color just in case the other cap gets KARAB in the laundry or something;

the lovely square bag,,,i got hold of some black spray paint and spray painted the whole thing in black.im not a black and white bag kinda guy.

the black tee that came in a canister that slash as a coin bank;

a close up of that beautiful canister that came with the tee.its a good thing that i didnt have the urge to spray paint in black;

and a bunch of tees that i didnt get a chance to take peektyurs of coz i was busy wrapping them as gifts.

all in all i was extremely HAPPY in everything i got from this obscure label.hence the need to blog it.

total damage was less than QR 250.(4 tees,2 caps,a bag and a smug look on my face)

D&G bracelet bought here in Doha,the cartier bangle from manila,the prouds silver bracelet gift from my cousin when he travelled to australia ,the weighty chain silver bracelet gift from my co-worker when he returned from India and the silver ring from Oman,a gift from my younger sister.

I'm often asked about by people who see me wear these freakishly stylish blings,at least i've been stopped twice;once while shopping for duds and while i was picking bananas inside a veggie shop(i mean the real bananas by kilo)where i got my blings.My co-workers usually joke about me giving these blings to them but hell no,i LOVE them to death and no way im going to part with these.

Actually, i only wear them during winter time.i dunno,maybe because its cold and i seek|need|crave ATTENTION(lol),hence, the bangle bracelet|bling pile-up.

during summer,i leave the right arm and ring finger bare and without fuss since i sweat to death and its really sticky,icky and not to mention itchy...

did i mention that i have a pierced ear?that's another story to tell.....

i just wanted to blog about this for the longest time but everytime i try to download the pic above,it justs disappears to cyberspace(maybe to someone else's blog).

this is me in a bag,or what represents the contents inside the bag that i owe.whats the bag like?its a big bag,colored black,leather with short straps.its called a MANBAG.(is there any other name for it?)i bought it from Zara a few months ago and it dutifully fills its obligation from moi by collecting all stuff from sunrise till sundown,work,grocery,work to home-you know the drill.hahahahha....

to give you an idea,the contents ocupies only a third of the bag.cute noh?who would have thought?the contents are:

an IPOD 80gb,a gift last 2 christmasses ago from my mom and sistah;

a H&M black leather cuff,a packet of LM green menthol.lighters,a D&G silver bracelet,a turkish bead bracelet,CK summer limited edition,and a big turkish amulet(the EYE) which i bought in a bazaar a few weeks after i bought the bag and it never left the bag's pocket.

i also bring my camera,a nikon which i used to take this pic.

soooooo,,,this got me thinking.since i am a freakishly insane individual who craves to get attention from people from time to time,or from blog readers too,,,why not do a "MYSELF UPDATE?"meaning not only ill be showing here in my blog other people's style.design and whatnot but ill do mine too...

Romy and Michele top my list as the two cutest losers that ive ever seen on screen and they LOVE dressing up.
